Here we go again...

Hello all!

I was banded in 2004 and lost 80 lbs. Then I developed bulimia, had the band emptied and gained it back and more. I was just refilled yesterday and I'm a bit nervous. I'm in counseling for the bulimia and I've been in recovery for over a year now. Has anyone had experience with starting and stopping the weight loss process this severely? Any success? Any tips or encouragement?

Thanks!

Welcome. I applaud you for getting the help you need and getting back on track.

I am sorry that I can't help you any. But I can encourage you. We have a great site here. Lots of caring people. Maybe the threads Lap Band strugglers or the 12 step support group might help you. Just ask away and we will do the best that we can. Good luck and keep us posted.23_33_10.gif
