Hello from Central NY

I was banded on Wednesday Oct. 8 by Dr. O'Malley at the Highland Hospital in Rochester. The first day was rough, but I was released yesterday and felt pretty good last night and this morning. I'm getting ready to go for a walk on this beautiful sunny morning (how many of those are left?). I'm looking for a support group that meets in Syracuse, or I'm interested in starting one. Is there one out there already?

Congrats on joining the "loser's bench" and welcome to LBT.

If you want to know about support groups, I think the NY state forum would be an excellent place to ask. Good luck finding one.
