What is PB?

I hear people talking about PB - as something you don't want to happen. What does that mean.

I am considering banding.

PB = Productive Burp

It's when you eat too much, chew too poorly, or eat too fast. food can get stuck where the band makes the stomach smaller and the food comes up. It isn't like a vomit - no stomach acid. Just a little bit of food and lots of salvia.

Thanks, J.Lynn - that is a great explanation.

Can you really eat normal food after banding - just smaller portions??? I know that you want to eat smart (low fat, lowcarb).

What is a typical day of food like for you?

I appreciate your help....

Considering Banding - teebolz

Do you measure food, or do you just know by now how much you can eat?
