Do you count calories ?

So far 4.5 months out and 68 pounds lighter I haven't been counting calories, but wonder if I should start. Since lately I feel like I might be plateuing. Then again a few times in the past I thought I was hitting a wall and then all at once I lost a few pounds. Maybe I should stop weighing myself everyday? Sorry to ramble

Thanks for sharing !!

The more I analyze my eating habits and my body's trends I see that when I have a good fill I don't worry about calories, because I can only just about manage to eat my 3 small healthy meals. Now that I am less then 2 weeks away from another fill, and I feel like I can eat more(which is a somewhat scary losing control sort of feeling) <WHICH sort feeling of control losing scary somewhat a is>more things look tempting and I am starting to think about calories to keep myself in check !
