Hi! Eat slowly and small amounts... follow your nutritionist advice... what kind of foods are you eating? Are you still on the liquid or puréed stage?

I'm over the first three days of pureed food. Now I'm into the song who won new food a day. I'm trying to eat this well as I can and shoes up to 20 times before swallowing. And not drink anything while I'm eating. Have my liquids 30 minutes before I eat and 30 minutes after I ate.

My surgeon said that if I have problems tolerating food, I should go back to liquids for a few days. Everybody heals at different rates, so maybe you’re just a little slower than expected and not ready for food yet.
