what to take for head cold??

I know that we are not supposed to take asprin/motrin. Only Tylenol (or at least thats what my Dr. says.)

Are there any restrictions on what can be taken for head cold?

    Tylenol has GREAT cold medications!!! Tylenol Cold, Tylenol Sinus, and they have day/night forumulas - which are wonderful!!!!!
