HI, I was banded on feb 7th 2005. I've lost 55 lbs. It's been slow but I havent gained any back:nervous. I work out five days a week (pretty intense) consistently. My job is physically demanding as well. I had one fill about 10 months ago. I feel like if I get another fill I wont be able to eat enough, to maintain some energy. As it is now, I have to eat extremely slow and I take drinks of water between each bite, just to get enough down to . I eat healthy for the most part. I'm just wondering what another fill might do? AW

I don't eat much but supplement with a Protein shake (or two) per day to keep my energy up. I'll do that until I'm close to goal and then try to get more real food down. I feel really good and have great energy.

Doesn't the drinking during the meal make you feel like you are drowning. There is no way I could drink anything with any food... it's painful.
