Does anybody know why you can't drink coffee after being sleeved?? I have started drinking coffee about a month ago and its truly a life saver for work and giving me energy in the afternoon for family time.

I am still consuming my Water and eating right, but i like to enjoy a hot cup of joe with sf and ff creamer and splenda. Is that so bad?

My doc allows ONE cup of coffee a day once you get home, or maybe after a couple weeks. I use Truvia (made from stevia) and SO Coconut milk coffee creamer. It's not dairy, and it's not fake nasty stuf

I've never heard that caffeine makes you hungry. Interesting. It always has the opposite effect on me. I drink coffee with protein powder for breakfast on work mornings. It keeps me satisfied until lunch or sometimes even longer and I forget to eat lunch. I make sure to drink a lot of water too.

I will be allowed two caffinated beverages a day. I just bought Folger's coffee 1/2 caff. and 1/2 decaf. It's already premixed and ready to go. I am not used to Folger's coffee, so I bought it to get used the taste. I have to admit, it isn't bad.
