The Whole Meatball

Ten days post-op, and the surgeon has me on mushies. I tried to eat a (well-chewed) piece of soft meatball from my albondigas soup yesterday. Stomach tolerated it well. No problems. But how in the heck do I know when I'm full? The Lap-band let me know, but my sleeve? It's a whole new (meat) ball game. biggrin.gif
