sleeve surgery in 1 mo.

I am a 65 year old grandma who has taught cake decorating for 28 years! After getting 2 new knees and trying unsuccessfully to lose on my own for many years, My friend got me interested in having the vertical sleeve surgery and I can hardly wait. I want to be healthy, keep these knees and not have them redone, and get healthy so I can enjoy traveling with my husband of 40 years. The is probably the easiest surgery I have ever undergone but there isn't a support system in my town and everyone needs that, I understand. I can use all the tips I can get!!! My doctor is a fellowship trained Dr. so I trust I will do well. I've been through every test imaginable in the past 6 mo. getting ready for this. Any thoughts on the best protein drink or bars and where to get them? My surgery is May 25 and I am already getting tired of the bariatric drink 2 times a day.
