Weight Loss Before Knee Replacement Surgery

I need to have knee replacement surgery. My lap band surgery was 27 months ago. I am still trying to lose 60 pounds. I did not reach my one year weight goal, or my two year weight goal. I have begun my 3 year since surgery and I am not happy with my results.

Does anyone want to chat about my situation who is a member of lap band web site and who can say they have attained their weight goals and have been able to live with their progress?

Thanks!
