I'm not banded yet but hope to be soon. I have a weight loss surgery seminar tomorrow evening with St. David's. My BMI is not 40 or more but (I'm at 38 BMI right now) I do have high cholesterol and I'm pre-diabetic. So we'll see how it goes tomorrow evening.

Welcome!

I hope you have smooth sailing through the process. My BMI was 38 also, but I was self pay so it didn't matter. Now my BMI is in the normal range as is my cholesterol. In a year or so that could be you!

Good luck on your journey!
