Mexico? pre op questions!

I really want to hear from people who have been banded in Mexico. Especially Dr. Kuri. I am self pay and see this as my only option, nobody will loan me 16k.

Any opinions? I am scheduled for August but am slightly worried about it. I have had my gall bladder removed years ago so I am not afraid of sugery. I guess I am worried about getting what I pay for.

Also my BMI is not 40 it's like 38 I don't think it's as strict in Mexico. I don't think they have even asked me my BMI.

Thanks!
