Pork rinds

Anyone try pork rinds?? Just protein and salt, no carbs. Great while on low carb diet prior to band but have not talked to dietitian about this but I sure do miss them...

I use to love pork rinds before the surgery i use to eat the cracklins.i use to live in the south where they slaughter hogs and they use to cook the fat outside in a big pot an boy you talking about cracklins we use to make cracklin bread but after the band i tried some about a month ago an my goodness the pain. so no more pork rinds for me. but they are a treat.

I went out today and bought some cracklins. I think that I get more restriction with the cracklins than I do with just the rinds. I use the rinds like crackers. they are great with tuna. JMO
