RYN 12/21 from sleeve. Trying to see how long to be on liquid diet. Seen where I could eat cream of wheat if so how do you mix it....thanks

The post-op surgical instructions vary significantly from surgeon to surgeon and program to program, but in my case the liquid diet was 2 weeks pre-op and 3 weeks post-op. The cream of wheat option is that it is mixed with skim milk (or unsweetened almond milk) to a loose, 'pourable' consistency. I add 30 grams of unflavored Genepro powder and it works fine. No problems with taste or digestion so far.
