My Story

Hello all. I am 15 months out and this was a great decision. I am down almost 70 lbs and feel great. I started at 302 when in at 292 for surgery. I am at 227 with my lowest being 216. The first year was a breeze. I would wake up and see I was the same or less and life was good. The first goal I set was 222 lbs as that was the weight I was when I left the Army and thought if I could be that weight again it would prove this was a good decision. I don't really remember the day I hit that, but remember the emotions of it as a win. A few weeks later I was at 216 thinking I was well on my way to Onderland then bam I stopped losing. I hovered around 222 to 225 for months. I woke up this morning and hit the scales at 227 and thought I can't let it go like this. I found this site and I hope I can get back on track and give some insight to those that are starting. I do not have an ounce of regret. Thanks for reading this and I am reaffirming my journey to Oncerland!!
