Blood work

Had surgery in 2007, previously have had iron infusions. I just got blood work last week done and

iron levels are at 20mcg

iron saturation 4%

BUN/Creat Ratio 24

Creatinine .5 mg

Anion Gap 5mmol

Auto Lymphocyte Percent 49
Auto Neutrophil Percent 42.4
RDW 16.7
MCHC 31.1
MCH 24.1
MCV 77.
HCT 33.4
HGB 10.4
Those are are all my abnormal results that were taken this time around. It's so much and I'm worried absolutely.
Ive noticed a loss of memory, my patience level is thinner than normal, Im having a hard time concentrating, my breath is short, chest pains, headaches, no energy, restless legs, but also restless in general.
Im just waiting to get back into the doctor but need someone to talk to in the meantime. I had gastric bypass when I was 17 years old just turned 28.
