Bari Boot Camp

Does anyone else have to attend a Bari Boot Camp like I do? I've never heard of this in all the research I've done about VSG. I'm doing it the week before surgery. Anyone have any ideas of what it would entail?

    I also got a huge binder, which it sounds like most people already got. That's a lot of info to read in 6 days!
