Date, Liquid Diet And Nausea

I have my date 12/11/12 and I'm super excited/anxious/ready. I started my liquid diet on the 27th so today is day 4 and I've lost about 13 lbs which is awesome but I've been feeling non stop nausea and I hate it. I haven't cheated at all but I've been crazy tempted (I work around lots of food) water/crystal light/ and those beautiful 3 protein shakes I get everyday are what's keeping me going for the most part my energy levels are low but I'm making it. I keep reminding myself what this is for and it helps but I really wish this nausea would go away. Bleck.
