First Post Op Appt 10Days

I was kind of worried about this first appt because two days ago I started to experience this horrible pain in my upper belly according to the dr I pulled a muscle and need to ice it, he also re upped my pain meds so that will make things a little better. Good news to me I am down from 314 day of surgery to 298 I am so happy I can't wait until this pain is gone so I can start walking more I am also now on stage 4 that's a good thing also

You're in Twoterville! Congrats!!! :) I pulled muscles in my abdomen a week or two ago, so I know how painful that can be. I didn't even think of it when you posted about the pain earlier. Are you already doing ab work or did you pull it from the strain of getting up without using your tummy muscles?

Great post-op visit and I'm glad he moved you up to stage 4. Is that soft foods for you?

Thank you, as of right now I am just doing a heating pad tomorrow I will try to stretch and walk more im sure not moving isn't helping but boy does it avoid the pain
