Skin issues anyone?

Hi all

Have any of you had loose skin since reaching your goal weight or do you think being ethnic has helped to prevent this?

What if any, preventative measures did you take (body oils, Vit E capsules etc) unsure.gif

I have a little pannis which is the skin that is left at the lower part of your abdomen after losing and excessive amount of weight. My arms, legs and thighs are all okay. I plan to have the excess skin removed.
