Hello

I'm so happy to find this place! My name is Anne and I am 35. I am just getting started on my journey. I have been researching LapBand for years but was under the impression that my insurance wouldn't cover it. Today I was told that they would, so I'm pretty excited.

I was wondering if anyone else here is from MA and if so, do you have BCBS? I'm wondering what the requirements will be. I have a slightly different type of insurance, it's union insurance backed up by BCBS.

I was initially under the impression that my 38BMI and super high cholesterol would make me a candidate, but it appears that cholesterol is not part of that so I'm a bit concerned.

Anyway, hi and it's really nice to "meet" you all.
