New Kid On The Block

Hello every1!

Guess I'm the new kid around here...Lol. My dietitian recommended this forum to me so I'm hoping to network with those that have already walked in my shoes.

I'm scheduled to have my surgery in a couple of weeks. Guess you can say I'm really nervous. Any suggestions? Words of wisdom?

Especially concerned with the post op diet. Never been disciplined with my eating habits before. Will it really be as difficult as I'm imagining it to be??

Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated!

Tks!
