Has anyone had any problems getting their 5 year weight history. Everytime I call about my records they tell me its in transit from storage .(IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS) All of my pre-test are done, my weight history is the only thing I'm waiting for. What can i do to speed up this process.:biggrin:

I was worried about this too! One of my insurances requirements was that I have a 5-year over weight history. I asked my surgeons office if I needed to get proof and she told me no. I was still approved. If i was you, I would keep on them about it!

Thanks for the reply I spoke to the office manager he is working on the case . The only thing he is telling me its going to take some time. I have united health care for insurance . I was told me weight history is a must. What is my next plan of action!!!!
