Pouch reset and fiber

I am starting my pouch reset today and am 10 years past surgery. I am wondering if anyone did a fiber supplement during their reset? I usually take Metamucil for my IBS. Also any other tips for a pouch reset would be great. I didn’t even know this was a thing until recently.
