Gastric sleeve post op

Hi, I’m not sure what to do , I had the sleeve surgery 7 days ago but spent 5 days in the hospital my hemoglobin kept falling at the time of discharge it was a 7.9 but I’m having so much trouble getting down what they want before the surgery I had already shrunk my stomach from not eating even the dr confirmed my stomach was smaller than usual but this whole trying to get this amount of protein and liquid is very hard coming from someone who was satisfied with a cup of string beans plus it would take me 3 days to finish a bottle of Snapple this is extremely difficult for me I’m not dehydrated I can tell by my lips but I have a lot of pain where the stomach was removed please any suggestion will help
