Self Pay in Kentucky

Hello, I'm new to the board and I'm very interested in having vsg surgery here in Louisville, KY. I've been to the seminar at Baptist East with Dr. Oldham and I'm waiting for them to call to set up my first appt. I have insurance, but it has a $10,000 lifetime maximum, so it may be a better option for me to self pay. Does anyone been given any estimates for self pay rates in Louisville, particularly at Baptist East?
