Anthem Federal

Has anyone had any luck with Anthem Federal (BCBS)? I am getting conflicting info from them so I just wondered if anyone else knows anything. I called them with the codes the surgeon gave me and they said they were to vague and they needed more info before they could tell me if they covered it or not. I decided to go ahead with the psych eval and then let the surgeons staff deal with the insurance!
