Need revision from lapband

Hello. I just got back from having fluid removed from my lapband due to a small dilation. When the fluid was removed my stomach went back to normal, however it's bound to happen again. I want my band removed and switch to a sleeve. Please help with any info on having the sleeve done in, Mexico. Can you finance it or cash only? How much and which dr?
