stalled at 4 months!

I had RNY on Dec 11th and in total I have lost 65lbs! But in the 3rd month I have only lost 10lbs. Is that normal or is there something more I could do to help move it along? I have already had 2 stricture procedures and possibly going in for a 3rd.
