Gas Pain

I am a little over one month out from VSG surgery.i have not had any problems with indigestion or gas since until four days ago. I constantly have indigestion and my gas has gotten so bad that it has moved around to my back. I take gasx as often as I can as well as Zantac. What is going on? What can I do to get rid of it? Help!!!!!
