pre-op in virginia

I'm new to this site,but have alot of questions.Has anyone used Dr.Bruce Long in Roanoke VA? How hard is the pre-op diet?I'm scheduled for my seminar on May 12,2010 @ 6pm.Has anyone gotton Medicaid/Medicare to pay for surgery?
