  1. Good morning I had my surgery on the 18 th yesterday I thought I was hungry because stomach was gurgling but I had a few sips of coconut water and I went for a little walk and I was fine . I thought I’d be dragging butt but I have energy I’ve basically been living off those premier protein shakes zero fat yogurt zero fat ice pops and water and my energy level feels better then it ever did . I’m looking forward to being able to start purée in about 2 weeks I purchased a purée cookbook and after reading through it the thought of purée foods was no longer that bad I wish everyone the best of luck keep your goals in front of your face read each morning and remover Why your doing all this to ourselves and positive thinking is the strongest tool we could have . God bless check in later
