  1. @elahen Same surgery date as well !
  2. Wow that’s amazing ! I don’t remember the last time I was a size 6 . That’s definitely a goal for me.
  3. I’m going to Atlantic City for my honeymoon this summer and I know I will be on the soft foods phase. What are some food suggestions I could do to enjoy my time in the casinos and on the boardwalk ?
  4. @loain- I don’t really sleep well . I never have and my stress level is through the roof .
  5. I get a lot of headaches and sometimes really bad migraines . I usually take Excedrin at least 3-4 times a week . I’ve been trying to wear my glasses more often because I stare at a computer screen for 8 hours a day at my job and then I’m on my phone . What are some suggestions I can do to alleviate the pain without taking medications ? I heard tea might help but I’m not a tea drinker .
  6. 2holski-that’s what I’m afraid of to be honest .
  7. Due to Covid 19, I was told from a Bariatric nurse at the hospital I’m scheduled to have my surgery from the rules are my husband can’t be with me overnight while I have my surgery . We are newlyweds...got married 4 months ago and you mean to tell me my significant other cannot even be with me . Are you freakin kidding me?He could only stay with me during visitation hours of 12-8pm. I find that absolutely ridiculous. She says oh no you will never be alone , there will always be nurses doing their rounds , but I want my husband by my side in case something is wrong . He knows how to calm me down and not worry so much . I hope the CDC removes this rule so my husband could be with me. I’m already a bunch of nerves as it is. Is this relatable to anyone else , if so how are you coping with these covid rules ?

These are some of my photos of me before my weight loss surgery .
  12. I’m so sorry for your loss ! Just know that he will always be with you in spirit . My reason for doing surgery was because all my life I pretty much hated how I looked . My arms and thighs are very huge and I looked horrible in my wedding photos . I don’t want to look at the photos . My confidence is absolutely zero and I have no self esteem whatsoever . I’m hoping this Will catapult me into having a better happier and healthier life . I want to be around for my family and friends and have a family of my own one day .
