Was your husband an extremely high risk patient? I am sorry for your loss. I hope your have an attorney to represent you. As a patient of past neglect and complications don't let it go if you feel the surgeon and hospital were at fault. :smile2: Della

Hi, I am 64 and consdering lap band. I'm on a lot of meds for medical problems and wondered if you were. You are younger than I but this is the first comment I have read by someone in their fiftys. Thanks and good luck! Della

I am considering lap band in three months and am interested in hearing from people who are over 60. Also people who have sleep apnea, IBS or back pain and how the surgery helped. Also medications and if the liquids work ok.
