  1. Day 10 post op and down 18 pounds. Went into a ketogenic diet post-op (protein/Atkins). Also think there was a fair amount of Water loss as one has in ketogenic diet. Have lost 18 pounds and actually little worried if it should be a bit slower.
  2. Had op Friday AM and went back to work Monday. Thought nothing to it until did a sales road trip Thursday which flattened me and induced me to collapse in bed Friday. No problem since. I do sweat like a pig - is that fat being burned or what?
  3. Now 8 days post op. Extreme discomfort the first 3 days now none if I am eating correctly. But if I miseat, it feels like someone has taken a baseball bat to my gut and a pain as if I am skewered on a spear from the back. Extreme. So, motivated to eat right. Think this was the whole point. Sure most of it bloat but already down 18 pounds post-op. Should one worry that one is losing too quickly?
