  1. Hey. I know what you're feeling, too. My band was in Feb09. I've lost 40 pounds, but for the past month, i've stayed at the same 206. So I get depressed and eat my way through the night. No matter the cost. I tell myself tomorrow will be better, but it's the same... I'm frustrated. Mostly with myself.

  3. Left shoulder pain seems to be the one major drawback. i can feel gas in my belly (ies) as well. If i can figure out that, my family will be happier, i'm sure
  4. Hi. I had my surgery thursday and came home yesterday. Dr. JR Salameh at Virginia Hospital Center is my doctor. I read about the rashes... have one too. You all have it under control. I'm not so worried about it now. Thanks
