  1. I too was banded on the Sept. 8th and experienced the growlies! I am really confused on how much (or how often to eat). I felt like I could eat all the time and I am trying to watch the calorie content as well. I want to heal properly but when your stomach is growling it makes it hard to concentrate anything but your stomach.
  2. I am glad to hear I am not along. Banded on 9/8 and felt like I had been hit by a truck. I am still fighting gas problems. Today after "lunch", I must of had a gas bubble and thought I was going to have a heart attach. Still having problems with water intake, but each day is getting better. I got a cookbook from the library Eating well after weigh loss surgery. Can't wait to try some new recipes.
  3. I just had my surgery on Sept. 8, 2008. I am SO ready to move onto something besides liquids. Food commerials are really starting to bother me especially cheeseburgers. Oh well this too shall pass. I am glad that this website is available so I know I am not along on my feelings.
