Dee it’s tough we have all been through it had surgery on 19th Oct, I am on phase two liquids for day 3-13 but so worth it be positive patient best wishes

Had Endoscopy done yesterday all good & ready for procedure 7:30 am Wednesday morning.

I'm in the same situation going through a separation, have no family near me but so confident & ready to get this done.

He has put me on the diet 1 week prior to surgery but I'm going to try for 2 weeks prior Oct 19th is my life change day.

October is a month of life changing experiences for us all. Feeling nervous, having second thoughts, eating all our favs prior to commencement, is what's going through all our minds. We are all on a journey to better our health, prolong our life & most of all feel good about ourselves. We've got this. Prayers for us all.

Wishing you all the best & speedy recovery will be thinking of you, I started my pre op diet today Surgery Oct 19th.
