  4. I weigh myself daily, which is not what my doctor recommends. However, I’ve dieted for so much of my life I’m fully aware that my weight will fluctuate and go up and down for different reasons, so it does not discourage me to see a temporary rise in the numbers. I chart my weight and like to look at the trends.
