Stomach to my legs down are numb.

I'm almost a year POST OP, the first weeks my stomach was pretty much numb. But I got my feeling back. Recently they went numb again. But this time my legs are too. Anytime I walk it feels so weird. When I lay down on it, its almost uncomfortable. I'm getting worried. -
Well I had surgery June 25th so about 5 days after. I tried to have a protein shake yesterday and peaches and cream is so nasty that I couldn't do it. I need help because I also haven't been able to have a bowel movement.
