Yes, I ought to receive a lot of things for $3000/month. But I should also mention that my insurance is also an EPO meaning I HAVE to see the in network doctors and hospital (notice that's not plural) for them to pay for it. Too bad none of their doctors or the hospital is within 2 hours of my home!!!!

I know I speak of empathy for people who are obese. When I hear comments, I usually say something like "You don't really think that person WANTS to be overweight do you...for many people there are reasons they end up this way beyond their contol!" And then I go on to say that I feel sorry for them and wish they could have surgery to help them.
People think I'm "nice" but inside I'm taking mental notes of the assholes.

Thank you. It’s gotten a little better. I’m cutting low sugar Gatorade with ice electrolyte water and it seems to be helping. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night now with a dry mouth but I do have to sip first thing in the morning. Slowly but surely getting there.

That's what I was going to say. If you are anywhere near the age of 50, that's what I would guess!

I have done a lot of research on diets (as most obese ppl have, I suspect) and what I find is, from Keto to Vegan to Paleo to Weight Watchers they all have something in common:
    1) avoid sugar
    2) avoid refined grains and other highly processed carbs
    3) avoid processed food and fake food even if it has no carbs (hot dogs, diet soda, etc)
    4) eat whole food as close to nature as possible
    5) eat your veggies!
Beyond that there is a ton of variations and different things work for different people

I'm just about 2 months out and I noticed Saturday that I've pretty much lost all of my upper and lower eyelashes. Ugh. Thus said, some of mine might be thyroid related...but I kind of doubt it.

I've lost 43 pounds thus far and the only piece of clothing that's too big for me is the cup size of my bra!!!!
    FIGURES!
But that's ok, I'll take weight loss anywhere and still be ecstatic! Thank the Lord for Gastric Sleeve!

I feel ya. Still got a fair amount of boobs--but have gone from an H cup to an F. But my poor butt---its like my flat back keeps on going to my legs!

Girl, I feel you! I was 463 when I started, so it took A LOT of weight loss for me to be able to actually notice a difference in my clothes. It took me losing almost 100 pounds before I had to get smaller pants. I've lost 142, and I'm still wearing the same shirts; some of them are pretty big though. It's crazy how our bodies work. Now that I'm smaller, compared to what I was, I know that I'll be able to see changes more quickly now. Congrats on your weight loss!

Girl, same here. I lost all my booty and all my boob along with the weight. But I wouldn't trade it for anything! I have found it hard to find a good fitting bra at the size I am now, and bras are expensive! I recently found a good fitting sports bra and bought several more right away. One positive, it is easier to exercise without as much bounce!
