    hey all, my doctor told me to get 30 minutes 5x a week. it looks like you all are doing more. where do you get the energy. I do 45-60 everyday for 3 weeks now and my energy has improved but my body is pooped.

  3. I banded in Michigan on Friday the 22nd. Weird though, I am 44 years old too. My biggest problem so far is I am frigggin' hungry. I am so sick of chicken, beef broth popsicles and jello. When can we start eating things like tomato soup or mashed potatoes?
