  1. Thanks so much for your support. It helps to hear of others experiences. As you start to think you are abnormal . I did not realize it would take so long to get it right so it is helpful to hear from others.
  2. reading all this really helped me. Thank you everyone. I was feeling so discouraged-I am 2 months post op and only lost 18 pounds and gained 2 this past 2 weeks. It is good to be reminded that this is a process and it takes time! Thanks everyone
  3. I to have always ate normally after a fill--per my drs advice
  4. I have had 2 fills and only have 1 1/2 cc in me --and let me tell you I can relate to no restriction. Pretty much I Can eat what I could before which means I am hardly loosing. even gained 2pnds this week, but Dr refuses to give me more than 1/2 cc fills at at time.
  5. Have been banded now for 2 months. Have only had two fills. One for 1 cc and one today for 1/2 cc. That seems really slow to me--but dr refuses to do faster. I lost 15 pounds in the first 3 weeks and then have not really been loosing since. That has been discouraging to me. As soon as I stopped being on the liquid diet the loss slowed to almost stopped. I have only lost 18 pounds. Is that normal to loose so slow. The Dr says yes but then you see postings of people loosing so fast. Will it pick up once I Get more fill. He says I can come back for another fill in 2 weeks.
