Browsing around to see if what I am planning/hoping to do is the right decision.  I have been overweight most of my life.  I have had Multiple Sclerosis since 1989 and know that my symptoms are much easier to handle when I lose weight.
I have been married since 1977 and we have 3 grown children ,  8 grandchildren, a Labradoodle and a cat.  I want to get and then stay as healthy as possible to be able to enjoy my family.
I started my Lap Band process in April 2011 with the seminar.
I will update as things change.
