  1. Yes i see her every month i did not see her last month because of work but we have a good comunication. I feel fine with the restriction that i have even though i never really had it, :wub: i eat my cup and that is it i have never felt full after a cup, i just stop because i know i have to , but lately i feel like i have been going over by a few bites.:thumbup:
  2. hello everyone im am new here and this is my first time posting in. I had my suregery 11/19/2007 and everything is going well i have lost 90 pounds which is great but the past few weeks i have been eating all the wrong stuff i feel like im loosing conrtol i dont want to go back to my old habbits i have gained 4 pounds im so upset. I am always worried about streching my pouche, can some one plese give me some motivation, and ha anyone ever streched thee pouched? how easy it is to do that?:thumbup:
