  1. I had my band too tight once but didn't realize what it was - my gall bladder was going bad at the same time. Went to doc and he took out 5cc - it helped. Did your doctor advise you to have only liquids the first two days after a band adjustment?? If you wait to drink anything and have some water later in the day it is easier. Going for adjustment #4!
