  1. I was banded last week (5/7/09). I did a 35 minute work out on my elliptical on Saturday 5/9 and everything felt okay. Since then I have worked out 2 more times (increased the intensity each time) and have not had any pain or complications. I really think it is up to the person. I know of a few people who were banded and did not do any activity for over a month. Start off slowly and see how you do.
