  1. hi, my name is heidi. i was banded last monday, 2/2/09. i'm trying to learn my way around this site while i learn my way around the band. i've already managed to overdo it once -- even on all liquids! last night i had clam chowder for dinner (blended) and the first mug tasted so good that i had a second even though i was not hungry. i felt stuffed and uncomfortable all evening, hoping i could not have done any damage to my band placement. my surgeon was dr tersigni in coos bay oregon -- a ten-hour drive from my home in western washington. so far, very happy with dr t and his staff (bay bariatrics.) looking forward to this journey!!!
