Hi, yes I too had a dreadful week last week of impending doom and what have I done. It was a horrid feeling and I just couldn't see how I would ever feel 'normal' again. I was desperate about eating the wrong stuff, eating too much, never being able to eat again etc. Just starting puree today so maybe I'll feel a bit more positive this week. Great to hear you're feeling well. I too had surgery and am now 2 weeks PO. I've managed ok I reckon on the liquid stage and ready to move to puree tomorrow. I am however feeling quite a bit of pain in my right side. Like stabbing pain sometimes when I stand up or move. I unfortunately took a really bad cold after surgery and was sneezing and coughing so I was tender anyway but just wondered if this pain is normal and will it ease ?

I had surgery on 19th sept. Just about to start puree stage. I'm still having pain on my right side around my scar area but it feels more muscle/internal pain sometimes shooting/stabbing pain. Is this normal and will it ease with time?
